Many people view personal bankruptcy as their way out of having to deal with debt. But with all of the new laws, filing for bankruptcy is not as easy as it used to be. Before the new laws came into place, just about anyone could file for bankruptcy and have all of the debt wiped out. It was a fresh start for many people.
